There doesn't seem to be any near Malan Mountain. However, if you go south along Wanjiali Road, at the intersection of Wanjiali Road and Lingxiao Road, you can be sure that there is a gym in the southeast, which is called Meicubic Fitness Center, which is newly opened. It's above Haorunjia Supermarket (it seems to be the fourth floor). The trial operation in these days can be experienced for free and officially opened on August 6. The telephone number is 073 1-85888855. I tried it once, and it felt fine.
