Is it a member's responsibility to get injured in the gym?
Legal analysis: as the case may be. First, analyze the cause of injury: 1. If you violate the operating rules and operate improperly, you are generally responsible for it yourself. 2. If it's a gym management problem, such as no safety warning, floor slipping, managers' mistakes in operation and untimely maintenance, it's generally the responsibility of the gym. If the injury is caused by the equipment itself, such as design problems and quality problems, both the gym and the manufacturer are responsible.
