The whole body training series and the body explosion series are recommended, because these two series are comprehensive in parts, good in strength, sour and refreshing enough, and each class is not long, which is also conducive to persistence. It can be arranged flexibly according to the physical condition, and it won't take long to choose two classes every day.
My main goals in the near future are stovepipe and abdomen, so I will increase the exercise of these two parts during training. It is suggested that two classes arranged on the same day should not repeat the same part. Acid fatigue can lead to fatigue and even movement deformation, and the most important thing in beautiful ballet is the degree of movement in place.
