How to make oyster and radish soup?
Oyster and radish soup is very simple, not only delicious, but also nourishing. As the saying goes, eating radish in summer and ginger in winter is really a good way to keep fit. Please see my classification below for details.

List of ingredients:

Ingredients: Oyster 250g, white radish1000g.

Accessories: salt, ginger 10g, chicken essence 5g, sesame oil 5g, pepper 5g and onion 5g.

First, the white radish is washed and shredded, and the oyster is washed and shelled.

Second, add water to the pot, add shredded white radish, oysters and ginger, cover the pot and cook until boiling.

Third, after boiling, uncover the lid, add salt, chicken essence 5g, sesame oil 5g and pepper 5g, cover the lid and simmer for 30min.

Fourth, after the soup is stewed, take it out and put it in the soup bowl. Add chopped green onion and sesame oil and serve.

This radish oyster sauce soup is relatively fresh, so it doesn't need too much seasoning and salt, and it is mainly light.
