Divide into 5 small doughs and let stand for 10 minute. Then take a dough and roll it into long strips, about 20 cm long and about 10 cm wide. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and turn on the fermentation stall for 30 minutes. When the shell fruit is 1.5 times the original value, put 500 grams of water and 30 grams of sugar in the pot, heat it with low fire, soak both sides of the shell fruit for 15 seconds, then take it out on the baking tray and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Don't soak in boiling water for too long. Be careful to break it when you take it out. Spray water twice when baking in the oven so that the surface will be a little brittle.
