Two: Three stages
1: Functional recovery training: goal: (poor posture, limited joint activity) and poor motor control ability. Strategy: Find the customer's dysfunction through static and dynamic evaluation, and solve the customer's physical flexibility and motor control problems through four steps: inhibition, stretching, activation and integration.
2. Fitness training: Objective: To improve cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle endurance, muscle hypertrophy and muscle strength. Strategy: Make exercise plan (muscle endurance-muscle strength) by using sports science knowledge related to resistance training and cardiopulmonary training.
3. Sports performance training: goal: to improve explosive power, speed and agility. Strategy: apply the knowledge of physical training (customers need to build enough muscle strength level and then carry out explosive training)
Third, the application of the training development ladder 1: before making the training plan, collect basic information by questionnaire (determine the customer's needs, current exercise level and physical health status. Determine the customer's injury and medical condition to avoid the risk of dysfunction. ?
