Anaerobic usually refers to some high-intensity, short-term exercise. Simply put, it is iron, equipment and strength training. But different things can be distinguished according to what you practice.
Common anaerobic sports are: sprint, weightlifting, throwing, high jump, long jump, tug-of-war, push-ups, diving, muscle strength training and so on. Sports with high intensity, large amount of exercise and short time are generally anaerobic, such as 100m and 200m sprints, 100m swimming, high jump, weightlifting, push-ups, quick sit-ups, horizontal bars and parallel bars.
To put it simply, anaerobic means shutting down the oxygen circulation system of cells for a short time, so as to achieve the crazy energy output state without supplement in a short time, while aerobic means that there is output and supplement. Generally speaking, anaerobic energy supply is more intense, but the duration is short, and aerobic energy supply is relatively stable, but the duration is long. It is worth noting that anaerobic and aerobic are interchangeable, not two independent output States.
Anaerobic metabolism can only use sugar as fuel, which is characterized by fast energy supply but small capacity. This is one of the reasons why we will be exhausted after lifting weights for more than ten times.
The biggest disadvantage of anaerobic metabolism is that sugar is not completely "burned" and lactic acid is produced. The accumulation of lactic acid leads to the decrease of pH value in muscle cell environment, which is another main reason for fatigue during high-intensity exercise.
Anaerobic metabolic exercise generally cannot last more than two minutes. Many times, you need to rest and restore your physical strength, and you can continue to exercise until the blood takes away anaerobic metabolic waste.
