When you get up, keep your ass slightly tilted (this is very important) and find that feeling because the abdomen feels hard and the waist feels not hard. You can find your feelings by yourself and keep them.
Don't walk too fast when you fall, don't go to the end, stop when you reach the ground, and try to keep the abdominal fever at a constant speed. Basically 15-20 people will obviously feel abdominal fever (don't deliberately pursue speed and quantity).
