3. Choose your photo source, including camera (instant photo) and photo album (prepared photo).
4. Turn on the camera and record the fitness effect to be displayed in the form of pictures (preferably fitness effect map, of course, it can also be an environment map). After shooting, you can write your own description, add location information, and finally click Publish.
5. Punching records can be seen by others and can naturally be praised and commented. Of course, you can also like and comment on other people's punching records.
