Heart patients with heart problems should not do some strenuous exercise, such as skipping rope, running fast, bungee jumping, jumping on and off, etc. Opening and closing jumps look easy, but jumping for a while will still lead to your heart beating faster, so heart patients are not suitable for this opening and closing jump exercise.
There are also those who have had leg surgery, especially those whose fractures lead to plate surgery. It's best not to do such strenuous exercises as jumping and skipping.
Hypertensive patients are not suitable for jumping on and off, so do some gentle stretching exercises during normal exercise.
