Novice fitness is very confused, how to persist?
Now many people realize the importance of making themselves healthier through fitness, so many people go to the gym. If you are still a layman, please read this article, because this article is aimed at the aspects that beginners should pay attention to.

First, think clearly about your goals. Before you start preparing for training, you can think about what your goal is. Do you want to change your position? Increase your strength? Or do you practice physical health? It doesn't matter if you want it all. Different target training methods are different. You should really know what you need, instead of watching others practice, you will practice with them. If you pay more attention to yourself, you will practice better.

Second, training will not yield results casually. Today, no matter what your goal is, you won't become strong after just a few months of training. If you have only practiced for a few months now and feel that there is no result, that is normal. You just haven't practiced long enough. If you haven't officially started training, don't think you just need to practice right away. It is out of the question. If you feel that your posture is not good now, it may be you.

Third, time outside the gym is more important. Many people can't get results in training, not because they don't practice seriously enough, but because they don't do well outside the gym. Diet and sleep are very important. You should at least know how to calculate the distribution of calories and nutrients in your diet and get enough protein. It may not be so easy to get enough protein from food. If necessary, it should be supplemented by whey protein, and adequate sleep will help the body recover.

When you are ready for the next training, sleep is also a critical moment for your muscle recovery and growth. If you train hard, but don't give your muscles enough rest time to grow, your efficiency will also decrease. You may affect your diet and sleep because of your economic or work relationship, but this is a problem you need to overcome.

Fourth, the jam is normal. No matter your muscle mass or strength, there will be bottlenecks after training for a period of time. At this time, you don't need to lose heart. You may just need to take a break or change your training methods. At this time, giving yourself a week's rest or changing the actions in the menu may help you continue to break through, but please confirm your status. Some people are always unwilling to challenge themselves because they don't practice seriously enough, so they get stuck.

Usually novices rarely get stuck in the first year of training, and they can break new weight almost every week or every two weeks. If you are a novice, but you have been unable to break through, it may be too good for yourself.

Fifth, training is a lifetime thing. I have written before about the importance of gradually overloading. Your training volume and intensity should be constantly increased. If you keep the same amount of training, your muscle mass and strength will not get better, or even begin to regress, what's more, when you stop training, your accumulated state will gradually lose.

Novice fitness pays great attention to these five points. If you are prepared for these five points, it won't work. You can find me.
