Student: In the past, when instructing students to keep fit, I didn't pay much attention to the body posture. Now I know that if the body posture is not correct, students will practice in the wrong position, and after a long time, they will have sports injuries, so it is most important to find the correct position before all exercises.

We often use "slim" to describe a girl's good figure, and "grooming" is a normal posture. In the future, we should think more about the questions raised by members and find the root of the problems.

For example, a ballet dancer, her body is very flexible, so I need to increase her strength and stability training, so that flexibility and strength can reach a relatively balanced state, which can reduce the probability of injury. At the same time, considering the problem of eversion, I can increase the training of adductor muscles to reduce the degree of eversion.
