Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, about 350-400g beef brisket.
Accessories: oil 1 tablespoon, cinnamon 1 tablet, 3 pieces of fragrant leaves, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, half a teaspoon of white pepper, 3 teaspoons of sugar and 3 bowls of water.
1. Wash and cut tomatoes, and cut beef brisket for later use.
2. Pour the water and brisket into the pot, bring it to a boil, skim off the floating foam and wash it for later use.
3. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry cinnamon and fragrant leaves, add brisket and stir-fry until it changes color, then add cooking wine and tomato sauce and stir-fry.
4. Add water, then add tomatoes to stew, and add thick soup, white pepper and sugar.
5. After the fire is boiled, turn to low heat and stew until the soup is thick.
