Inhalation and exhalation methods in dumbbell exercises
The correct breathing method plays an important role in the dumbbell fitness process, which can not only provide enough energy support for the fitness exercise-oxygen to prevent dizziness, nausea, premature fatigue and other phenomena, but also take away the carbon dioxide generated during the fitness process, maintain the acid-base balance in the body and keep the muscles working normally.

Proper breathing helps to concentrate and make the movements more rhythmic.

There are two common breathing methods for dumbbell fitness:

1. Breathe naturally, and keep a natural and unconscious breathing rhythm when exercising. Natural breathing is mostly used for lightweight and slow-motion exercises.

2. cis-breathing, breathing in when the muscles contract hard, and breathing out when the muscles contract. This is the most commonly used breathing method for fitness, and it is also recognized by most fitness enthusiasts.
