Boxing fitness
Due to physical reasons, I started exercising a few months ago. I didn't care much about the fat on my waist before. When I take a closer look, I find it ugly. I lost weight as soon as possible and got back into a healthy body.

At first, I was blind. I searched a lot of fitness articles and wanted to find a shortcut to lose weight (it seems that all people who lose weight will think so, hehe). I personally like boxing, especially the boxing pace is super beautiful, so I signed up for a boxing gym not far from home. Later, I started running, began to exercise with reference to the prisoner's physical fitness, and even skipped insanity.

A few months, now I'm thin and my body shape has changed obviously. Now let's talk about ways to lose weight that are helpful to individuals.

My goal is clear: I don't control my diet and lose 8 kilograms through continuous exercise!

I will talk about the influence of these ways on me from two aspects.

1, effect

Running: I like running outdoors. Each run is about 5-7 kilometers, about twice a week, interspersed with some prisoner fitness exercises. I sweat profusely every time I run, which is very refreshing. Winter is coming, and the smog is serious. I can't run without running conditions. Personally, I think running can reduce fat slowly, so it is a good choice if you have running conditions.

Boxing: Have you ever been to a boxing gym? It looks simple and refreshing. In fact, the smell in the gym is not as refreshing as you think, especially in summer, which is sour. Boxing exercises too much. I remember feeling nauseous after one exercise. If you exercise every once in a while, you will be deformed in the next 2-4 days.

Any boxing class is trained like this:

Part I: Warm-up:

Jog for 20 minutes and stretch 10 minutes.

Opening and closing jumps 1 min/group 3, with interval of each group 1 min.

Variant push-ups 10/ group 2, each group interval 1 min.

Plate support: 30 seconds, 3 groups, interval 1 min.

Boxing frame 1 min/group 3, interval 1 min.

Part II: Physical Training:

Sprint 20 m/Group 2

Prone crawling 20 meters/group 2 groups

Climbers crawl 20 meters/group 2 groups

Climbers climb backwards 20 meters/group 2 groups

Squat jump+sprint 20 meters/group

Squat jump+sprint 20 meters/group

Quick Push-ups+Sprint 20m/Group

Before sliding, the straight punch is 20 meters/group, and the interval between three groups is 30 seconds.

After sliding, the straight punch is 20 meters/group, and the interval between three groups is 30 seconds.

Left foot and one leg jumping 20 meters 2 groups

Jump 20 meters with one right foot.

Part III: Boxing Training

Every time I finish exercise, I feel whole body collapse, which is a relief for the fat man at the end of each exercise. I don't go there often. The most frequent time is twice a week (the curriculum is three times a week). I think reducing fat has the best effect. Once or twice, my body will change in size, especially in my abdomen and legs.

Prisoner health:

Occasionally, I read in a post that prisoners train mainly to gain muscles and strength. Starting from the first formula, you can make three groups of sweat. It has a very good idea, that is, gradual and healthy exercise.

Because it is muscle training, the effect of reducing fat is not obvious.

Insanity:

Indoor crazy aerobics is developed because we can't run outdoors. It doesn't exceed five jumps in total, and we can stick to it every time. On the one hand, it is really difficult, on the other hand, I am afraid of noise downstairs (although there are three layers of yoga mats). Crazy to do a lot of exercise, has a good effect of reducing fat and increasing muscle, as good as boxing.

Step 3 be happy

Some kinds of sports are particularly refreshing after exercise, some are particularly painful, and some feel neither salty nor light. The pleasure of exercise is a particularly important thing, which is the success or failure of reducing fat and increasing muscle. If every exercise is enjoyment, can it not be successful?

Running: Personally, I think the pleasure is the strongest. I especially like running outdoors, in parks and on roads, especially when running at a constant speed in the middle. Comfortable running shoes sweat a little when running, which is a wonderful enjoyment. With the increase of running times, the running distance is easily broken, and I feel that I am growing, my strength is enhanced and my experience is very good. Of all these sports, running fun definitely ranks first!

Boxing: Boxing is boring. Every time I finish exercise, my body seems to fall apart. However, watching the pace change and the improvement of boxing also gives you a good pleasure. If you find that your boxing has achieved results in actual combat, this sense of accomplishment is very wonderful. Boxing is also a good recreational sport.

Prisoner health:

The amount of training is small, and the step-by-step method is reasonable. Because the amount of exercise is not large, it doesn't change much for individuals, and the sense of pleasure is not salty or light.

Insanity:

This is a very good way to keep fit. If there is a suitable venue, I would like it very much, but because there is no venue, the training intensity is high and it doesn't give me a particularly good pleasure.

Pleasure: running > boxing >; Prisoner health > insanity

Every sport does not exist alone, and the most perfect training arrangement is to use a combined way, that is, to enjoy and achieve results. Now boxing twice a week+running 1-2 times. If there is no outdoor running condition, I will take the stairs instead. In the future, with the improvement of air quality, the frequency of running will increase. After all, the fun of running can't be refused.
