Vanke Rongxin Seattle is located about 600 meters west of Zhuangdun Road at the intersection of Zijingang Road and Zhuangdun Road, and east of Zijingang Hub Ring Expressway. It is another property built by Vanke in the west of the city, focusing on scientific and technological housing. The project planning includes corner cafe, community Fan Dengyun study room, music sculpture sports box, joint creative space, sunken basketball court, children's discovery park and central children's splashing area to meet the diversified living needs of residents. The project is surrounded by Yungu International Public School, the first "international public school" in Hangzhou, Xihu University with a planned land area of about 4 1 1,000 square meters, as well as three kindergartens, 1 primary school and 1 middle school.
