The previous fitness coaches were mainly divided into two categories. One is to directly enter the fitness club as a fitness coach after graduating from related majors; The other is to enter the field of fitness coaching by attending training courses and taking the qualification certificate of fitness coaching.

In order to unify and standardize the national fitness market, so that bodybuilders can really get the guidance of real talents and practical coaches in fitness places, China has implemented the national first-class fitness coach system, and issued certificates and certificates after passing the examination.

Fitness instructor qualification is divided into the following categories.

Domestic fitness instructor certification: organized by the State Sports General Administration. At present, there are "fitness coaches" and "aerobics coaches" in China. At present, both of them are divided into three levels, two levels, 1 level and national level.

AFAA: A professional fitness instructor certified by American Aerobic Fitness Association. AFAA qualification certification system has been introduced by 73 countries around the world, taking the lead in establishing an aerobic professional education system in the fitness industry, and its standards have been recognized by the world fitness industry.

ISSA: There are many kinds of qualifications for senior personal fitness instructors certified by the International Sports Science Association. The most famous one is cft certification, which is divided into CFT- 1, CFT-2, CFT-3 and MFS, among which MFS is a master personal trainer.

IFA: International Fitness Association aerobic trainer certification.

AFPI: A certificate officially issued by the Asian Physical Fitness Experts Association. A coach with this certificate can teach in any fitness center in any Asian country.

Article 1 Fitness instructors (hereinafter referred to as instructors) are the professional and technical forces of China Fitness Association (hereinafter referred to as Fitness Association) to develop China's fitness and bodybuilding, improve the physical and mental health of the whole people, improve the quality of life and build socialist spiritual civilization. In order to strengthen the construction and management of instructors and effectively guide the mass fitness activities, this system is formulated according to the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China.

Article 2 A coach refers to a person who is engaged in skills imparting, sports guidance and organization and management in mass fitness activities, bodybuilding exercises and aerobics demonstrations (hereinafter referred to as bodybuilding). Those who meet the requirements and perform the duties of instructors can apply for and participate in training according to the provisions of this system and obtain the title of instructor technical grade.

Article 3 Instructors must love fitness activities and be enthusiastic about public welfare activities.

Four, the technical level of the lecturer is divided into:

Third-level instructors, second-level instructors, first-level instructors, senior instructors and honorary instructors. The conditions are as follows:

Three teachers:

1, understand the basic knowledge of bodybuilding, master the teaching methods of bodybuilding skills, and be able to undertake basic bodybuilding guidance;

2. Understand the basic knowledge of bodybuilding, initially master the methods of bodybuilding teaching and organization and management, be able to make an exercise plan, and organize and implement popular teaching activities according to the plan.

Under 3.35 years old

(2) Secondary teachers:

1, engaged in three-level lecturer work for more than one year;

2, basically master the theory and methods of bodybuilding and competition, and be able to undertake the skill teaching and sports guidance of bodybuilding and achieve obvious results;

3, familiar with the characteristics of bodybuilding projects, able to undertake bodybuilding activities organized by grassroots organizations, implement activity plans and summarize work, and achieve obvious results;

4. Have the ability to guide three-level tutors.

Under 5.40 years old.

(3) First-class instructors:

1, engaged in secondary instructor work for more than two years;

2. Master the theory and method of bodybuilding competition, be able to undertake high-level bodybuilding special skills teaching and sports guidance and achieve excellent results;

3. Have certain practical experience and strong organizational ability, and be able to guide the organization and management of fitness venues and achieve excellent results;

4. Have the ability to guide the second-level coach and be able to carry out scientific research on fitness projects.

Under 5.40 years old

(4) Senior Lecturer:

1, engaged in first-class instructor work for more than five years;

2. Systematically master the theories and methods of bodybuilding and competition, and make remarkable achievements in imparting bodybuilding skills and exercise guidance.

3. Have rich practical experience in fitness exercise guidance, and be able to undertake the organization of national or provincial, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government and national industry and system fitness activities.

4, have the ability to guide the first-class tutor, and achieved certain results in bodybuilding research.

Under 5.45 years old

(5) Honorary tutor:

Fitness instructors have been male for fifteen years and female for ten years, which has made outstanding contributions to the development of fitness cause and the development of fitness market.

Fifth evaluation of instructors at all levels required qualifications, according to the specific circumstances of the applicant, focusing on skills transfer, sports guidance and organization and management.

Article 6 Bodybuilders who have obtained the technical titles of Master Bodybuilder, Mr. Bodybuilder and Miss Bodybuilder and are engaged in bodybuilding guidance may declare their technical titles, which are not limited by the instructor's working years and technical level. After passing the training in the special instructor training class, you can directly apply for the technical level of the special instructor.

Article 7 To apply for the title of technical grade for instructors at all levels, the following materials shall be submitted to the member units of local health associations (hereinafter referred to as member units):

(1) Application Form for Grade Fitness Instructor;

(two) the corresponding level of teacher training certificate;

(3) Letter of recommendation from the member unit.

The member units of the Health Association shall, after reviewing the applicant's situation within 10 days, give a reply of approval or disapproval.

Article 8 The approval authority of coaches belongs to China Bodybuilding Association, and the training of junior and intermediate coaches can be undertaken by the member units entrusted by the Health Association. Coaches at all levels are trained by the training materials formulated by the health association, and the health association entrusts the fitness coach training Committee to organize teaching.

Ninth was awarded the title of instructor technical grade, certificate and badge issued by the health association. Certificates and badges are made by the Health Association.

Tenth instructors at all levels shall engage in fitness guidance in accordance with the following provisions:

(a) the obligation to engage in the popularization of fitness guidance.

(two) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state to carry out fitness skills teaching, sports guidance, organization and management, skills performance, fitness consulting and other paid services, and can be paid in accordance with the corresponding technical level titles.

(three) to obtain the license issued by the local sports administrative department or fitness association, and to be registered by the local administrative department for industry and commerce before the establishment of a business fitness organization.

(four) can apply to the organs, enterprises and institutions and social organizations as fitness guidance.

Eleventh grade instructor registration by the member units responsible for the health association for the record. When instructors at all levels transfer or migrate across regions, member units shall go through the registration procedures for transfer, emigration and immigration. In the moving member units, the title of instructor's technical grade shall be recognized and supported to engage in bodybuilding guidance in accordance with the provisions of Article 10. Instructors can be transferred freely.

Twelfth counselors who have worked hard and made outstanding achievements shall be commended and rewarded by member units. Instructors who have made outstanding contributions and meet the requirements shall be recommended by member units to China Bodybuilding Association, awarded the title of honorary instructor and awarded honorary medals. The Medal of Honor is made by China Bodybuilding Association.

Thirteenth coaches who have not been engaged in bodybuilding guidance for two consecutive years shall not apply for promotion. The coach violates the provisions of Item (2) and Item (3) of Article 10, which has a good influence on fitness. Member units shall criticize and educate them and order them to make corrections. If the circumstances are serious and the influence is bad, the member units affiliated to Shan shall report to the General Health Association to revoke the title of instructor and withdraw the certificate, badge and medal of honor. The revocation of the title of security guard must be approved by the Health Association, and those who violate the criminal law shall be investigated for criminal responsibility.

Article 14 The China Fitness Association shall be responsible for the interpretation of this system.

Fifteenth this system shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
