However, since I had a tutor and the guidance of focal power, I found that I had been stepping on the pit on the way to lose weight. Losing weight is really not about eating as little as possible. It is true that you have the strength to lose weight when you are full. Exercise can't be because you want to lose weight. The more intense the better, the more you want to sweat every night, which is also harmful to your health and difficult to persist.

Under the guidance of the ashamed supervisor, I consciously turned out my nickname, set aside my share, and intuitively saw what I was eating. She said: losing weight is her own business, so she used to take weighed food with her. Yes, the meal is cooked by others, but the body is your own!

Regarding sports, Jiao said that sports should become a habit and a part of life. At present, my family is quite supportive of my sports. When I go running at night, I always listen to a focused class or book. Listening to books is my favorite thing. I used to wait until the children fell asleep. Now I combine my hobbies with sports, so that I can look forward to sports instead of feeling very hard.

After 30 days, I lost about 4 kilograms. I am very satisfied with this result. We found the right way, and the rest is persistence. I hope to stick to it and gain a healthier and better-looking self.

After these 30 days, I found that many times I felt that I had no time and no way, but in fact most of them were imaginary difficulties.
