On April 22, 2009, a free forum was held in Qingdao Dagang Naval Club with the theme of professional skills exchange among navies of various countries. About 200 naval officers and professional noncommissioned officers from more than 20 countries were divided into six special discussion groups, which were free to choose topics, explore the similarities and differences of naval professional skills in various countries, and share their views and experiences.
