Gan Kun's rotation is flat, yin and yang are calm, open your eyes and see.
The rhinoceros rises at the full moon, and it is clear from black and white at a glance.

The ruins climb high and look far, and the lotus blooms in seven sections.

Then spread out your hands (don't spread out too much) and visualize your hands grasping the horizon on both sides at once (the edge of the universe) → cross your hands at the place aligned with your eyebrows (don't straighten out) and visualize that the universe is an energy ball. → Press your chin → Clap your hands and lift the energy ball to the top of your head. When you visualize this force as an energy ball, you will feel that there is a huge force between the two palms, which is an energy field. If you inject this power into others, you can bless others. But because the Laogong point in your hand has not been opened, the power inside can't get out, the power outside can't get in, and there is no passage inside and outside, so you can't feel anything when you reach out.
The second quarter cranes spread their wings
It can drive the midvein and make the qi of the midvein rise. And let the aorta on the arm pull up the force below like the wings of a crane.
Action: Hold your hands with shoulder straps and arms, inhale and lift your heels, and lift your arms at the same time. Breathe fully, sink into the abdomen, put your mind at the tip of your wings, and hold your breath for 3-5 seconds. Slowly lower your arms, exhale, and at the same time heel.

Section 6 Lotus Swing

The purpose of "a river runs a river" is to prevent energy from leaking from the front, but to transfer energy from the front to the back. "Living in the river" means that the water in the river stops flowing. "Crossing the river" means turning the water in the river upside down and going upstream. There is a lot of water in the river! But no matter how much, it can also be from the bottom up and upstream. In other words, the river of energy in front of us no longer flows downwards, but turns to the back and rises. This is the practical significance of "live in a river and turn it over"! "One river lives in one river, and the water flows backwards", and the downstream is everything, and the countercurrent is sanctified.

Why do trees wither? This is because energy is not transported from the roots. Why do people get old? It is also because the energy of the body is not transmitted upwards. If the energy is abundant and continuously transported upward, people's bodies will not be easy to age and trees will not be easy to wither.
Why do Buddhists pay special attention to auspicious sleeping? Because Ji Xiang will fold up when he lies down, blocking the "Three Estuaries", energy can easily turn from the front to the back, pass through the coccyx, rise along the posterior spine, and even rise from the midrib. If you don't use the auspicious position, the energy will not rise, but stay in the lower part of the body, which is easy to miss from below.
Our natural passage goes out from above, not from below. When a person's top door is open, he can not only absorb energy from food, but also directly from the top of his head. Gong Gong's first paragraph "Guanyin, please be holy" plays this role.
When the body has enough energy to close the door below, "the crane spreads its wings" is to make the energy entering the body rise to reach the balance of yin and yang and close the door below. But once the energy is sufficient, it will still go out from the following channel the day after tomorrow, so it should be intercepted by "river living in the river" and turned around.
After achieving the goal of "living in a river and crossing a river", the energy in the body is sufficient, and the energy on the left and right sides of the body will still be unbalanced and uncoordinated. Therefore, "Gankun rotation" and "rhinoceros looking at the moon" are adopted, so that the energy on the left reaches the right, and the energy on the right reaches the left, interacting with each other. After sexual intercourse, yin and yang balance, and energy begins to wander in the body. Hovering to a certain extent, you start to go up step by step. Just like filling a bottle with water, when it is full, water will automatically flow out of the bottle mouth.
But in the process of filling gradually, there will still be gaps in some places. Just like there will be bubbles after the syringe sucks the medicine, the bubbles must be discharged before injection. Whether it is intramuscular injection or intravenous injection, the air should be exhausted. Otherwise, air enters the body and embolizes a certain part with blood circulation, which will cause problems and be very dangerous.
The swaying of "lotus swaying" and the exhaling of "standing the sky" are all aimed at expelling stagnation in the body. When practicing "indomitable spirit", stamp your heel down and exhale at the same time. Only with breathing can it be useful.
