Next, we enter the most time-consuming and critical detail repair stage. The basic idea is to use the observation layer to smear the color bit by bit in the hyperbola mask with the brush tool to achieve the effect of peeling. Of course, we can also combine the stamp tool to grind the skin, which will be faster. Don't destroy the original skin texture of the characters.

Step 7:

This is a very time-consuming link and the essence of hyperbola grinding. Of course, in the whole process, first of all, we should pay attention not to destroy the original texture of the portrait, and secondly, in order to pursue the real effect, we should not repair the mole on the portrait.

Step 8:

Adjust the overall tone of the photo and the skin color of the model. First, create a curve to adjust the overall tone.

Step 9:

Fill a skin color layer and select "Color Overlay" to quickly unify uneven colors in facial details. Then use the brush tool layer to adjust the mask and erase the hair, lips and other parts. After the completion, the skin details are basically processed.

Step 10:

After wrinkle removal, it was found that the bags under the eyes of the model were heavy and needed to be adjusted. First of all, through the curve template, the color of the eye bags is lightened, then the mask is smeared with the brush tool to select the color range, and finally the color of the eye bags is adjusted.

Step 11:

Select the range of eyes, remove some impurities with the stamp tool, and the whole will be brightened. Note: generally, the red bloodshot that is easy to appear in white eyes must be repaired.

Step 12:

Select the character layer and do USM sharpening.

Adjustment value: quantity 500%, radius 1.0 pixels.

After sharpening, there will be obvious texture on the skin, and of course some defects that have not been completely repaired before will also be exposed. At this time, we need to use the Portraiture plug-in to help us complete the overall peeling effect.

Besides hyperbola, there are many ways to polish portrait skin, such as channel retouching and moderate gray retouching. However, the main purpose of advertising portrait retouching is to preserve the details of the original characters as much as possible to repair the skin.
