Practice of Passive Exercise for Infants
Passive exercises are suitable for infants aged 65,438+0-3 months, all with the help of parents.

Section 1 Preparation Activities

Objective: To eliminate the stiffness of muscles and joints, adapt to the needs of physical activities and avoid trauma.

Preparation: let the child relax naturally and lie on his back, and the adult holds the baby's wrist.

Action: "One, two, three, four", massage 4 times from wrist to shoulder.

"Two, two, three, four", massage 4 from ankle to thigh.

"Three, two, three, four", massage from chest to abdomen (adult hands form a ring, from inside to outside, from top to bottom) "four, two, three, four", the same as the third four beats.

Language: Baby, relax. Now let's do some exercises.

Upper limb exercise (moving shoulder muscles and joints) Objective: To move shoulder muscles and joints. Preparation: The baby lies on his back with his arms at his sides. The adult puts his thumb in the baby's palm, and the other four fingers gently hold his wrist.

Action: 1. Palm up, raise your arms horizontally.

2. Arms forward and palms facing each other.

Step 4: Restore the preparation posture.

Section III Chest Expansion Exercise

Objective: To move the muscles of shoulder, elbow joint, upper limb and chest.

Preparation: Same as the first section.

Action: 1. Spread your arms left and right.

Objective: To move the muscles of knee joint, hip joint and lower limbs.

Section 5 Leg lifting exercises

Objective: To move the hip joint and ligament.

Section 6 Head-up Movement

Objective: To exercise neck muscles and promote head-raising.

Preparation: The baby lies prone on the bed, and the adults hold the baby's elbows and forearms behind his back.

Action: "One, two", let the baby's upper limbs flex and put his hands on his chest.

"Three, four", let the baby's head rise gradually, with the language: "one, two", get ready.

Three, four, "look up.

Section 7 Turn-over Movement

Objective: To promote the development of children's turning movement.

Preparation: The baby lies on his back with his arms at his sides, and the adults hold the baby's upper arm.

Action: "One, two," the adult pulls the baby's left upper arm and gently turns it to the right.

"Three, four," reduction

(The last four beats are in opposite directions)

Section 8 Relaxation exercises

Objective: To restore the autonomic nervous system from nervous state to quiet state.

Preparation: Same as the first section.

Action: 1. Lift your left arm 45 degrees.
