3-day diet

first day

Breakfast: Half a grapefruit or sliced orange bread with two teaspoons of peanut butter.

Lunch: half a cup of tuna or half a piece of steamed fish (any fish) with a cup of coffee or tea.

Dinner: two pieces of meat (85g of any meat), a cup of boiled beans, a cup of boiled cabbage and half a cup of ice cream.

the next day

Breakfast: sliced eggs, bread and half a banana.

Lunch: a cup of yogurt and five biscuits.

Dinner: two hot dogs, sausage cups, boiled broccoli, half-cooked carrots, half bananas and half ice cream.

the third day

Breakfast: five biscuits and a glass of milk apple.

Lunch: boiled egg slices and bread

Dinner: a cup of swallowed fish or a steamed fish (any fish), a cup of boiled cabbage, a glass of boiled cauliflower, half a banana and half a cup of ice cream.
