Lean management is considered to be an effective measure to improve the management level of enterprises and promote the quality and efficiency of enterprises. The participating enterprises generally believe that promoting lean management in an all-round way and cultivating lean management culture is an important measure to promote management innovation, obtain benefits, methods and promotion from management, and is an urgent need for central enterprises to improve quality and efficiency and slim down at this stage.

The relevant person in charge of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission stressed that central enterprises should vigorously promote the construction of lean management culture, integrate lean management concepts into corporate strategies, goals, visions and missions, adhere to "full participation and continuous improvement", and establish an effective performance incentive mechanism. At the same time, according to the actual situation of enterprises, we should innovate and flexibly use lean management tools, fully integrate lean management concepts and methods into the whole process of enterprise production and operation, and stimulate the vitality of enterprise internal operation.

In recent years, some central enterprises have made great efforts to explore and practice lean management culture and achieved results. At the exchange meeting that day, Guodian Hebei Hengfeng Company, China Petroleum Huabei Oilfield, SDIC Jingyuan Electric Company, China CRRC Miracle Company and other enterprises exchanged practical experience in lean management.
