It is certainly possible to lose weight, but the effect is not obvious. I'm still learning to swim. I lost 1 kg on the first day, 0.8 kg on the second day and 0.4 kg on the third day, but if I can't go every day, I can't continue to lose weight. Personally, I think we can keep slim through personal training, but the most important thing is diet. It is unsustainable without diet control.
