Methods/steps
Soak rice in water for 2 hours, then add a little oil and stir well.
Wash the lotus leaves with boiling water.
Wrap the rice in a lotus leaf.
Steam in the pot 15 minutes and take it out for use.
Wash mushrooms and pork and cut into pieces. Marinate pork and shrimp with a little cooking wine, soy sauce and starch for 5 minutes.
