I. Gong Dantian

After waking up early every morning, before going to bed at night, lie flat, spread your limbs evenly, relax, put your tongue on the upper jaw, gently tap your upper and lower teeth, and take a deep breath to calm down slowly. With the deep and long abdominal breathing, the abdominal muscles expand when exhaling and sink when inhaling. When you feel that the body fluid in your mouth is full and sweet, swallow it slowly. When the body fluid is swallowed to the abdomen, the turbid gas will be slowly discharged from the local household (anus). When swallowing body fluid again, it should be considered that all the qi contained in the upper jiao, middle jiao and limbs has entered Dantian and Guanyuan points, and the time is from 1 to l000 (meditation). When you feel that after practicing for a long time, your abdomen is as gentle and swollen as the rising sun, indicating that this skill has been completed. The ancients named this feat Tian Kung Fu. The key point of this work is to connect the Du Meridian and Ren Meridian, so that the true qi, refined qi and natural qi are concentrated in Dantian, so it is also called "Dantian Meridian". After practicing this skill, you can keep Baihui point on the top of your head, Zhongwan point on your chest and Yongquan point on your feet, and stay in your abdomen at the same time. This will be beneficial to future work, work collection and rectification. This is the most critical center of basic skills, and it is appropriate to cultivate yourself in a down-to-earth manner. If you have practiced martial arts, you don't have to stick to the horizontal posture when practicing this skill. You can practice this skill with a steady and solid standing posture.

Second, lightning work.

When the first step is completed, you can continue to practice lightning skills. When you get up early every day, stretch your limbs evenly and relax. Turn left wrist 100 times, turn right 100 times, and shake up and down 100 times. So is the right hand. If the joints of both hands rattle, take a deep breath, hold your breath, hold your chest and abdomen, close the door (anus), lift the kidney (front and back yin are tightened together), and then connect the Du meridian and Ren meridian. The key points are Baihui point on the top of the head, Zhongwan point on the chest and Dantian point on the abdomen. If the ears are buzzing and the head is hot, the qi in the chest will rise like a cloud, and it will reach the five senses and nine orifices under the impetus of the real Yuan Qi in the abdomen. This kind of anger makes people sleepy, warm and intoxicated. At this time, you should look into your eyes and listen to the air. Jet short air flow continuously from nostril for 3 times, and straighten your legs. Tight feet cooperate with the rhythm of air jet, and after moving from toes to head, they will guard the three important acupoints again. After holding your breath successfully, you take a deep breath and shout loudly. Just like lightning, the qi in the abdomen meets the qi in the kidney on the top of the head, splashing thousands of sparks, and then turning into four heat streams, drilling into Laogong point in both hands and Yongquan point in the sole of the foot. This fame is called "Tiger Roar Valley". After completing this task, you will feel endless power. Chest tightness, chest pain, frequent urination, etc. When you start training, and stop training for a few days, it will disappear on its own. If you practice this skill for a long time, your legs and feet will vibrate at high frequency. When the tremor can last for more than a few minutes, the breathing depth can be adjusted, so that the frequency of the tremor can be adjusted at will. When this vibration can be adjusted freely, both hands will jump synchronously with the legs and feet. With the progress of kung fu, you can directly make your hands tremble without the guidance of leg and foot vibration, and the rhythm can be adjusted at will. If you have a runny nose during the practice of this skill and spermatorrhea during the practice of holding your breath, you should stop practicing for a while and practice again when there is no more blood in the practice of holding your breath. You can continue to practice after recovery. This technique can also be practiced with a horse stance just look pile, but the horse stance just look pile should change into three heights with shallow, medium and deep breathing: high, medium and low.

Third, after-hours effect.

When the above three steps are achieved, when the gas sensation of Laogong point in both hands changes with the frequency of tremor, the left and right hands are far away from each other, so that the gas in the palms of the left and right hands can be circulated. At this time, the Laogong point inside and outside the palm will naturally get angry. When two palms are aimed at a certain part of yourself at the same time, the part will feel bloated; When the palm of your hand moves, the feeling of bloating will follow, and then it will produce a feeling of being silent, elegant or as heavy as Mount Tai. When there is a valley-like sound in the ear, it shows that the yogi can contribute to the outside world. When you have tinnitus, you should practice until the tinnitus is eliminated before you can work. Tinnitus is fundamentally different from Gu Yin. Tinnitus is the manifestation of deficiency work, and it is the reaction that impure qi in liver and kidney meridians is excreted. At this time, there will be a sudden increase in sexual desire. In this case, say the words "lake, ocean, sinking fire into water, and water into each other" to imply that you can solve your troubles. When the prompt fails, the work should stop. Take the annealing party to rest-after a while, wait until the trial practice is safe before continuing to practice. It's best to practice this skill until two o'clock in the afternoon. Except for the spontaneous handshake between the two hands, all other departments should relax. This work is a comprehensive work of mind, qi and spiritual practice, all of which are seeking truth in silence.

While practicing this skill, you can also practice other skills This skill can cure diseases and strengthen the body without disease. During the practice, everything goes according to the original habits. Of course, we should also get rid of bad habits such as smoking and drinking.

During the practice, due to the consumption of physical strength, people often have a strong appetite, so they should eat naturally. Neither overeating nor dieting. In the process of practice, the seven emotions (happiness, anger, worry, thinking, sadness, shock and fear) should not be too much. We must maintain a relaxed and peaceful state in spirit and be indifferent and ethereal. Because only when mental health reaches a certain level can you work quickly. People with spouses should reduce the frequency of sexual life during practice, usually once every half month. No practice within 24 hours after sexual life and nocturnal emission. In addition, when you go to the toilet to relieve yourself, you should close your mouth and grind your teeth, put your tongue on the palate, look up with your eyes and breathe naturally. Only in this way can we firmly grasp the essence and not vent, which is conducive to practicing qigong.

In addition to practicing hard, it is also important to pay attention to the maintenance of internal qi. Several maintenance methods are introduced as follows.

(1) dry carding. Every morning or before going to bed, comb your hair with your hands and fingers, from the forehead through the front of your head to the back hairline, and dry comb your hair for 100 times until your scalp is hot.

(2) bath surface. Wash your hands and rub them. Rub your forehead, cheeks, temples and nose from top to bottom. The speed should be even and the movements should be gentle. Repeat several times until it turns slightly red, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening.

(3) shipment. Look straight ahead, move your eyes clockwise, left and right up and down along the orbit, and then close your eyes and transport them. Repeat this several times and practice every morning and evening.

4 Ming and ancient days. Cover your ears gently with your palm, and pat gently near Fengchi point behind your head with the reaction of your middle finger. You can hear the sound of drumming, just like the sound of drums. Open your palm every 6 to 10, and hit it again every 3 seconds. Repeat many times. This should be practiced once in the morning and once in the evening.

(5) rub your chest and abdomen. Press the right chest and abdomen from top to bottom with the left palm, and then press the left chest and abdomen from bottom to top with the right hand. Then rub your hands, overlap them on the navel, rub them clockwise around the navel, and then rub them counterclockwise. Force from light to heavy, from heavy to light, each 12 times. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once after dinner is appropriate.
