Weight loss recipes ① Steps of oatmeal, milk and corn porridge.
Take a proper amount of corn residue (available in the supermarket). I made it for one person, about 40 ml.
2.? After washing, put it into a rice cooker, make porridge soup stalls and cook for about 20 minutes. You can add more water if you want to dilute it.
3.? Open the rice cooker and try it. If the corn residue is almost soft, add oatmeal. Here I use Quaker's instant oatmeal, which is also added about 40ml.
