Mainly meat, beef and chicken, as well as fish, shrimp, crab, squid, cuttlefish and shellfish in the sea, all of which are low in fat and high in protein. The lowest carbohydrate content in protein is floss, followed by lean meat, eggs, fish, milk, poultry, livestock, Monopterus albus, soft-shelled turtle and eel.
