I always drink a cup of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning, then eat a small apple and start eating breakfast.

With a bowl of 1 porridge and two steamed buns (any porridge will do, preferably a little sweet and satisfying, and steamed buns will do anything).

Serve with 2 vegetable burritos and a cup of sugar-free freshly ground soybean milk (remember that only vegetables, fried eggs and salad dressing are needed in burritos)
