3. Lots of vegetables, a portion of fruit, moderate exercise and a cup of honey water before going to bed at night.

Pay attention to eat every meal, and you can't stop exercising every day. Actually, I used to eat a lot, but I'll be fine as long as I stick to it three days before I start to lose weight. From the day I lost weight, I never felt uncomfortable again. On the contrary, I felt very relaxed, my blood pressure was not high, my head was not dizzy, and I slept well. -

Let's talk about sports. In fact, exercise is the healthiest way to lose weight. Too much exercise is unacceptable to many people. They feel too tired. In fact, as long as you like a sport, you will forget fatigue and enjoy it. -I suggest that ladies can learn to do yoga, aerobics, badminton and so on, and do what they like, so that they can lose weight and enjoy sports.

I suggest that boys can play basketball, run and swim, which can burn a lot of fat. Emphasize that you must sweat when exercising. Can you call it exercise without sweating? Don't be too melodramatic to yourself.
