I started to lose weight two years ago. In just half a year, I have lost 16 kg, from the fat man of 126 kg to the normal range of 1 10 kg.

Lunch is 80% enough, noodles and rice are not limited.

Don't eat staple food for dinner, occasionally half a bowl of porridge, mainly vegetable soup, tofu lean broth, stir-fry and so on. If I don't eat salt, I will feel that I didn't eat it, but a little list will do.

Walking 10000+ steps every day is basically the kind of fast walking.

In this way, I persisted for more than two weeks, lost about 4 pounds, and felt thinner.

Therefore, it doesn't take much determination to lose weight, just a little change.

The diet has not changed much, and it is not harmful to the body. The exercise is not very intense, just right, and it won't hurt your legs and feet.

But a slight change will reduce calorie intake and increase exercise, so that the output is greater than the input, which will naturally make you slim down.

I often see a lot of weight-loss exercises on my mobile phone, which are heavier. I also tried to persist, but it was really hard to persist in the end. People always rely on comfort.

I plan to lose weight for 2 months and reduce it to 100 kg.

In fact, you lose weight quickly at first, but after one stage, you will reach a maintenance stage. As long as this stage can be maintained, the next stage of weight loss will be more acceptable to the body.
