There is a big gap between the three kinds of kung fu you mentioned. It's hard to imagine how you put these three kinds of kung fu together or ask which one is the most comprehensive. Let's take a look at them one by one.

Yoga:

Yoga posture is an ancient and easy-to-master method to improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities, and it is a form of exercise to achieve the harmony and unity of body, mind and spirit. The ancient Indians believed that people could be integrated with nature. They used different yoga practice methods to integrate into their daily life and persisted in it: general prose with eyes, Sanskrit around ears, thinking about my body, promising people's hearts, morality, selfless action, rational brain, religious responsibility, no desire, meditation and nature and creation of the universe. Bending, stretching, twisting and pushing are the characteristics of yoga. Yoga has many movements, but it is also a kind of mental exercise.

Yijinjing:

"Yi" means flexibility, change and detachment, "Jin" means bones and muscles and fascia, and "Jing" means guidance and rules. Yijinjing is a method to change bones and muscles. According to the requirements of the original method, you must practice internal skills for about one year: you can only practice Yijinjing after achieving internal skills.

Generally speaking, there are only twelve types of Yijin Sutra (there are many rumors in the Jianghu, so let's ignore them first), and the posture is simple. Its fitness principle is essentially different from yoga.

Innocent works:

"Childlike skill" refers to a practice of laying a foundation at an early age in any industry with technical requirements.
