How to make a slimming breakfast?
Slimming breakfast refers to a healthy slimming breakfast practice with different methods.

Exercise 1

1. Cook the eggs and slice them with an egg cutter.

2. Canned sardines, with fish and juice, are mashed and covered on the surface of eggs, which tastes quite good.

Exercise 2

Ingredients: 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp cereal.

Practice: Just rinse the ingredients with boiling water. If you don't feel full enough, you can cook a fresh corn the night before, heat it in the microwave the next morning and eat it with corn soup.
