Bread and toast creative breakfast practice
Toast rolls with seaweed and pork floss.

Ingredients: 2-4 slices of toast, seaweed pine, salad dressing, 2-3 eggs, 1 ham sausage, chopped green onion.

Practice: 1. Use about 2-4 slices of toast and cut off the four sides of toast, because the crust of toast is hard, and cutting off the crust will make the toast taste better.

2. A little chopped green onion, chopped ham sausage, and mixed with 2-3 eggs. Generally, it takes about 3 eggs to make 4 slices of toast, and the three ingredients are fully mixed.

3. Take a piece of toast and dip it in egg liquid, and evenly dip it on both sides.

4. Dip the prepared toast slices with egg liquid, chopped ham and chopped green onion in turn, heat them in a non-stick pan, pour in a proper amount of base oil, put the toast slices dipped with egg liquid in the pan, and fry them on low heat until the toast is slightly burnt on both sides.

In the interval between frying toast slices, we make reasonable use of time and prepare some floss and salad dressing. Many children like dental floss, so it is not difficult to try to make one yourself when you have time.

6. Put the fried toast slices on the plastic wrap and squeeze some salad dressing and some floss.

7. Roll up the meat floss, roll up the formed meat floss with plastic wrap (as shown in the figure), and dip the ends of the toast roll with salad sauce and meat floss respectively.

Such a seaweed toast roll is ready, stacked on a plate, accompanied by some children's favorite fruits and a glass of milk, and breakfast will be ready in a few minutes.

Tip:

When frying toast, use low heat. If the fire is too big, it is easy to fry the toast stained with egg liquid. Fry on low fire 1 min. Toast rolls are more nutritious, with eggs and bread, and a proper amount of sweet and sour appetizing salad dressing. Sweet and sour breakfast is more likely to stimulate appetite.
