Soak Undaria pinnatifida in clear water 10~20 minutes, and take it out for later use.
Cut beef/pork into small diced meat or use minced meat directly, and add minced garlic and soy sauce to taste.
Pour a little sesame oil into the pot, add the seasoned minced meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add Undaria pinnatifida and purified water and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add purified water and cook for 5 minutes. After opening the lid, you can smell the fragrance of Undaria pinnatifida.
Then add a spoonful of Korean soy sauce and minced garlic and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Before it is almost ready, add fresh soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste.
