0 1 Prepare ingredients, one pork chop, three celery, one ginger and three garlic cloves.
Cut the pork chop into small pieces, wash and drain for later use.
Clean celery and cut it into 4 cm long sections for later use.
Cut ginger into shredded ginger, pat garlic flat with the back of a knife and chop it up.
Add ginger and garlic to the ribs, then add peanut oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine, and marinate for a while.
Put oil in a hot pan, saute ginger and garlic, then pour in the marinated ribs and stir fry over high fire.
Add a little water, stir-fry the ribs for about 10 minute, and add celery when the water is dry.
Add a little salt, stir-fry celery until soft, then turn off the heat and put it on a plate. Spread celery evenly on the bottom of the plate and the ribs on it, and the delicious celery fried ribs will be ready.
