On August 27th, it was reported that a Malaysian Chinese middle school student aged 15 was suspected of refusing to attend a private party. Last Saturday, when he went out for tea with friends, a group of private party member dragged him to the side of the road and surrounded him with various weapons until he was seriously injured, which led to his head fracture, wrist fracture. He was later taken to hospital for treatment. Fortunately, his condition is stable at present and he was allowed to leave the hospital for rest.

It is reported that the beaten middle school student went to Balupuling Garden in Johor with friends at about 1 1 30 pm on June 6, 2009, intending to have tea in the coffee shop in the middle school area. On the way, the boys were suddenly attacked by a group of Chinese and Indian soldiers with iron bars, rattan sticks and wooden sticks, and were punched and kicked at the same time. This process lasted about 15 minutes. The victim suffered a head injury, the wound was about 7 cm long, the wrist of his right hand and two fingers of his left hand were fractured, and his feet were also injured.

The injured middle school students were sent to Johor Bahru Central Hospital for surgery and their heads were stitched. At present, the injury has stabilized and has been discharged. The middle school student's mother, Ms. Huang, pointed out in an interview with the media that her son suddenly didn't want to go to school last month and proposed to drop out of school to work.

The mother of the beaten middle school student pointed out that because her son had been unwilling to disclose the reason, she learned from her son's friend that a private party had solicited customers from him and was rejected by his son. Ms Huang added that party member, a private meeting to attract his son, is a group of teenagers who often drop out of school near the school. His son left school for fear of meeting them, and even ran away from home for fear of being scolded. He was finally persuaded to go back to school, but it happened less than a month later.

Nohahin, director of Iskandabutri police district, confirmed the incident when asked. He said that it is known that the three young people arrested in China have no criminal record, and the police will invoke Article 326 of the Criminal Law (intentionally causing serious injuries by using dangerous weapons or methods) to investigate the case.
