After opening the file, we select "Quick Select Tool" in the toolbar on the left.

Then adjust the tool to a suitable size and make different settings according to different picture sizes. So as to better outline the outline of the picture, and the size can be adjusted at any time according to the actual operation.

Then use the quick selection tool to select the picture you need to dig out, just like the picture below, as smooth as possible. If it is a picture with regular shape and bright color, the speed will be faster.

5 After checking the outline of the first generation, if you copy it at this time, the picture will have many jaggies and look uneven, so we still need to find "adjust the edge" on it before opening it.

6. Mainly adjust the edges to be smoother and feathered. As shown in the figure, make appropriate adjustments within the adjustment edge settings circled in the figure. There is no fixed value for this. If you think the picture is finely adjusted, be sure to save it.

7 After selecting the above picture, continue to find "Image" on the menu, and then select "Copy" here.

8 Continue to find "New" under the "File" directory in the menu.

9 Then select the appropriate size and background, and click OK.

10 In this new layer, just paste it directly. You can use the shortcut key Ctrl+V to paste. Paste it and it will look like it is in the picture.
