2 pranayama: take a deep breath, take a breath to the feeling under the navel, then spit it out slowly and keep taking a deep breath;
3 Adjust the mentality: let the excited mood settle down first, keep calm and have no distractions. If you can't do it at first, you can focus on counting your breath.
