1 Body adjustment: You can sit, stand or lie down, and relax one by one from the top of your head to the soles of your feet to keep your body in the most comfortable posture;

3 Adjust the mentality: let the excited mood settle down first, keep calm and have no distractions. If you can't do it at first, you can focus on counting your breath.
