Right-click My Computer and select Manage. Click "Task Planning Library", right-click the program, select "Disable", disable all programs, and then click "Close" to exit. The detailed steps are as follows:

1, select "My Computer".

2. Right-click My Computer and select Manage.

3. Click Task Scheduler.

4. Click "Task Planning Library".

5. On the program, right-click and select Disable.

6. After all programs are "disabled", click "Close" to exit.
