Sugar control
Sugar-controlled diet refers to the control of eating rice and bread rich in sugar.
According to this diet, eating meat and eggs is not taboo, and drinking is harmless. Even if the calorie intake is high, as long as you control the intake of "sugar", you will not get fat.
"After eating foods rich in sugar, the human body will secrete insulin, a hormone, to lower blood sugar levels. Insulin, also known as' obesity hormone', has the mechanism of converting sugar consumed by human activities into fat and storing it in the body. On the contrary, if you eat more sugar-free meat, fish, eggs and vegetables, the secretion of insulin will be reduced and the necessary sugar will be produced in the human body. This job will consume a lot of calories, and the weight will naturally decrease, so that a lean figure can be formed.
