Pure milk or skim milk, which J has a good weight loss effect?
Now there's a new saying ~ ~ ~

A recent study by Karolinska Medical College in Sweden shows that compared with skim dairy products, long-term consumption of full-fat dairy products will not only make people fat, but also help to keep fit.

According to the Swedish Daily reported on the 8th, this study selected nearly 20,000 Swedish women, recorded their eating habits from 1987 and calculated their body mass index, that is, their weight divided by the square of their height, and then compared their body mass index every 10 years.

The results show that the body mass index of women who insist on drinking a cup of whole milk or eating high-fat cheese every day is significantly lower than that at the beginning of the experiment, and the slimming effect of high-fat cheese is more obvious than that of whole milk.

It is generally believed that eating full-fat dairy products will lead to weight gain and obesity. As for why long-term consumption of full-fat dairy products helps to keep fit, Professor Alicja Wouk of Karolinska Medical College speculated that conjugated linoleic acid in full-fat dairy products probably played a role. This substance mainly exists in ruminant fat and dairy products. Studies have shown that conjugated linoleic acid has the function of decomposing fat.

Skim milk has poor nutrition and taste. Many nutrients and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K in milk are all in the fat of milk. No special circumstances, adults drink it in the morning.
