Who can make a quick slimming plan for me?
The old routine is: eat Chinese food for breakfast, eat enough for dinner, and don't add meals.

Exercise for about 40 minutes every morning. You can jog or walk fast if you are afraid of long muscles. You can have a rest in the middle.

Exercise at 4~6 pm. You can do sit-ups and push-ups, and do abdominal push-ups to slim your arms, buttocks and thighs. Every time you exercise, you can't stop to lose weight. You have to torture yourself, haha. If you want to go to work/school by bus, get off one or two stops in advance, and then take a brisk walk or run.
