1. First open the PS software, and then select the required picture to open. The following is an example picture, as shown in the figure below.

2. Next, select "Lasso Tool" or "Pen Tool" in the left toolbar, and cut out the required image, as shown in the following figure.

3. Next, press the shortcut key "Ctrl+T" and drag the left mouse button in the white box that pops up to change the size of the cut block, as shown in the figure below.
