Mace is used to roll calf muscles and the outside of thighs. Roll left and right first and then roll the bottom. Rolling for ten minutes after each exercise is sour and satisfying.
Mace is also a foam roller, which is a simple instrument to relax muscles after exercise. After strenuous exercise, muscles are in a state of fatigue, and it is easy to produce a lot of lactic acid to cause pain, which requires deep relaxation of muscles.
