First, of course, we must control our diet. I am Cancer, the famous king of eating goods-_-! ! So, I decided to start with diet control. Of course, this is why many JMs need to lose weight!

In addition, I slightly changed the method of honey+white vinegar, which is more suitable for my stomach. Just drink it 20 minutes before breakfast.
