According to the above summary, I find that my self-discipline is still too poor, my vision is too low, I put too little into action, I pay too much attention to writing and reading, and I have too little time in other aspects. Therefore, for the unfinished plan on the 2nd1day, the experience is summarized as follows:

2. Let the family supervise the fitness plan, and do not complete it every day, and implement the monetary punishment system.
