Brewing of Tanglong Tequ
Wine is an alcoholic beverage brewed by saccharification and fermentation of sorghum, wheat, grapes and other grains and fruits. China has a long history of brewing. In the Oracle Bone Inscriptions unearthed in Anyang, Henan Province, the word "Sangan" is "wine", which is the earliest written record of wine in China. It is said that Du Kang is the originator of China's wine-making industry. Cao Cao, Emperor Wu of Wei Dynasty, lamented that "Du Kang alone can solve the worries".

Dongping has a brewing history of more than 1000 years. According to legend, Ruan Ji, one of the "Seven Sages of Bamboo Forest" in Wei and Jin Dynasties, was addicted to alcohol. When he was appointed Prime Minister of Dongping, he especially loved drinking local wine, often invited friends to get together and made all kinds of drinks. He was bound to get drunk in the future and often read official documents in a drunken haze. It is said that his masterpiece Dongping Fu was written with a wave of his hand after being drunk. Liang Hao and Gu Liang, the famous father and son champions in Dongping history, lived in Zhoucheng. There is a well in Zhuangyuan House, and the water is very sweet. People in the government use this wine to make wine, which is called "number one wine", and local officials often use it as a tribute.

Dongping Tanglong Tequ is a new type of wine brewed with modern technology on the basis of inheriting the traditional champion wine technology.
