Pure exercise time accumulated more than 7 hours, consuming less than 2000 calories, and consuming less than 300 calories per hour on average.
If we only pay attention to efficiency, fitness is not as good as swimming, running and skipping rope. At best, it is similar to walking fast. However, in this more than a month, I still found that it has many bright spots.
1. Perfectly fills the gap of dopamine secretion.
The secretion of dopamine is one of the important factors to promote our long-term exercise. However, we often enjoy this pleasure after exercise. This is very different from other activities, such as food and travel. The latter's dopamine is often "pre-loaded"-for example, the most exciting time to travel is when planning or waiting at the airport.
Therefore, although this exercise is very good, the next time I think about running and squatting, I will first feel tired or painful. In this way, it is difficult to persist in sports for a long time.
However, the interest of fitness ring promotes the secretion of dopamine.
Now when it's time to exercise, I'll pick up the fitness circle and play first. Greatly promoted my initiative in exercise.
2. Perfect warm-up
The exercise content of fitness circle can be roughly divided into three parts: warm-up, exercise and stretching. However, because the amount of exercise is not very large, all the contents can be regarded as warm-up, and the intensity is slightly higher.
I feel just right after playing the fitness ring and starting today's strength training.
3. Buffer is better than nothing.
People are lazy. Long-term high-intensity exercise will bring physical and mental fatigue, but once you relax, you will lose all your efforts. As a game, the fitness circle is not effective, but it is better than nothing.
Whenever I feel that I don't want to exercise today, I will choose to use a fitness ring instead. In this way, when you feel better the next day, you can continue your original exercise plan.
